Eczema is a skin allergy which can affect people of any age. But more commonly it is found in babies. From the survey it is found that about 15 million people of America are suffering from eczema skin allergy. The most common type of eczema is called atopic dermatitis which is an allergic reaction.

The symptoms differ from person to person depending on the type of Disease. The symptoms of eczema commonly include itchy, reddened and dry skin. Yet now no one has find out the exact cause of this disease. But researchers are saying it may be because of allergies, stress, irritants and genetic factors. It is also found that people suffering from eczema often leads to asthma.

People who have dry skin are more susceptible to eczema skin allergy. To avoid this danger you have to care your diet, cleaning products and even the cosmetic creams and lotions. If you feel that certain detergent or food or any sort of cosmetics is not good for your skin it is better to stop using it as it may throw you in to great danger. Many treatments are nowadays available which can cure the eczema disease but are not a good method as it cannot cure and prevent the disease completely.
